Filha organized in cooperation with the St. Petersburg City TB Dispensary an international seminar on MDR tuberculosis in St. Petersburg on Thursday 29 May 2008. The seminar will be dedicated to the memory of the late Filha Secretary General, Professor Kaj Koskela.
