Filha’s decision-making power is exercised by the association’s meeting and its council. The board is the representative body of the assocation, in addition to managing the association’s affairs. The council exercises the association’s decision-making power.
In the composition of the board, regional and diverse expertise, as well as both medical and other expertise, must be taken into account within the membership. CEO Jaakko Herrala is the chairperson of the board.
The association’s activities are led by the secretary general, Tuula Vasankari.
